this place is horrible. i went in to buy my first car and bought a used nissan in oct 2022 and it’s been in the shop 7 different times since then. i was told by the dealership “that’s what i get for buying a used car”. i contacted the dealership a day after i bought the car because the check engine light turned on and since then they have been the absolute worst to deal with. if you do buy a car here hopefully there’s no issues with it because they will not fix it!

Buyer beware of MARKET ADJUSTMENT. $5,000 for the Sportage Hybrid EX. Was told it's negotiable (I assume to get you in). Market adjustments are above and beyond MSRP. In this case it's 15% over MSRP. Don't be a sucker. These dealerships need to be knocked over the head.

I just bought a new Kia Niro Hybrid from Pomona Kia and I am thrilled with the car and impressed by the Pomona Kia staff. DO NOT USE THIS KIA DEALER. GO ELSEWHERE. Went up to buy a car to co-sign for our son. My wife has fairly decent credit of @750 and these people ran her credit SIX lenders hit her credit. She gets emails from credit monitor when someone runs her credit. When she told them to please stop running her credit they got rude. Bad customer service. Have two recalls on vehicle, trunk and airbags. Made appointment and only four weeks later when appointment was available. Service desk very rude an dry when answering questions. Everything was a No with an attitude and bad demeanor, when asked how long for the service and was told that could take 1 to 6 hours just for the trunk and the airbags would have to be a different day by appointment only. I was excited when I purchased my new car. My sales rep was excellent. After my purchase, I did not receive what I was promised. I told them I would not complete my purchase or turn in my car without my bike rack, as that is my and my daughter’s pastime. The worst experience I've ever been to. I was working with Sean Garcia and explained my situation. I gave all the information that he need to see how the dealership could help me with. He stated that they were not going to run my credit yet, that it would be a soft credit check. At the end of the day they could not help me. Horrible experience here. Do not go to Kia in Pomona. This review is for the service department. Which is very telling of the whole operation here. I pull up, and no one is even there to greet you. Please do not go to this dealership or buy a Kia. I bought a brand new 2021 Kia Soul. The car started acting up and the dealership wouldn’t give me an appointment until I reached out to corporate. After they checked the car it turns out it has after market parts. They are selling you a car with parts that are not from the manufacturer. This is fraud and I will be going to the attorney general. They are trying to say I changed the parts. That is outrageous to me. Please spend your money on a Toyota.

Came in for a Internet priced vehicle and to their credit they honored it. Their sales rep was decent, performed his job and did not push anything crazy. The problem came with their manager who after agreeing to a price, tacked on a Xzilon Package worth $2500. He was set on selling the car with this added package which when explained what it was, turned out to be a very cheap clear coat and 20 dollar wheel locks. This manager said it was a required package for ALL new vehicles and it CANNOT BE REMOVED. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STEALERSHIP

I was smelling something burning in my passenger wheel well. I called Pomona Kia and spoke to Norma. She squeezed me in for service as it appeared to be an urgent service. He was rude, condescending and a jerk. He practically called me a liar as I explained the problem with a broken seat control panel. Sold me a used car with electrical problems. Steering wheel controls dont work and since owning it for 4 months, the check engine light has came on twice. Wrote them a letter and spoke so sales manager to address the issue and nothing was done. Dont recommend this place at all!!

Overall, Horrible experience. I did my research like any first car buyer should do, didn't rush into purchasing the vehicle.
